Hey West Coast upSTANDers!
Get pumped for a day of serious collaboration, empowerment, and brainstorming with other chapters at this spring's Chapter Retreat at Stanford University! We know that the National Student Conference wasn't a possibility for many of you due to its location, but this chapter retreat will provide an even better opportunity to get to know other activists on the West Coast and to reconnect with the anti-genocide movement. As activists, we all experience burnout at some point, but in coming together like this, we can provide each other with new energy, extra motivation, and more inspiration for the future.
We are especially excited, because the retreat is going to be different from anything we've held before - much more student-based, interactive, and hands on. This is a chance for YOU to contribute your voice! Education and advocacy skills will also figure into the day, providing you and your chapter with essential tools to finish the semester off with a bang and lay a foundation for the future, so mark your calendars! Do not miss coming to Stanford for this jam-packed day of student activism. Stand up with your peers in our fight to end genocide.
Talk to you soon,
