 Hey Southeast UpSTANDers!

Get ready for a day of intense collaboration, empowerment, and brainstorming with other chapters at this spring's Chapter Retreat at Stetson University! We know that many of you made the trip to Washington DC for the National Student Conference this November, but this chapter retreat will provide an even better opportunity to get to know other activists in the Southeast and to reconnect with the anti-genocide movement going on right here. As activists, we all experience burnout at some point, but in coming together like this, we can provide each other with new energy, extra motivation, and more inspiration for the future.

We are especially excited, because the retreat is going to be different from anything we've ever done before - much more interactive, and hands on. This is a chance for YOU to contribute your voice because WE are the experts! Education and advocacy skills will also figure into the day, providing you and your chapter with essential tools to finish the semester off with a bang and lay a foundation for the future. Mark your calendars! Do not miss coming to Stetson University for this jam-packed day of student activism. STAND up with your fellow activists to fight against genocide in the 21st century.

Peace,
