People Who Move The World 250px

In 2004, STAND was created by everyday students who decided to act to end genocide in Dafur. Since then, their single effort has grown to a movement with over a thousand chapters around the world. This summer, YOU are going to continue this the growth they started by becoming one of the People Who Move the World. Over the coming summer, we will be profiling ordinary citizens who have done extraordinary things to help bring an end to genocide wherever and whenever it occurs.
