For the first time in six years, STAND is an independent organization.

STAND, the student-led movement to end mass atrocities, is now functioning as a limited liability company (LLC), receiving a tax-deductible 501(c)(3) status from our LLC’s member, Resolve Inc. For the first time, we are fundraising for our own programs and operating as an independent nonprofit organization.

Your tax-deductible donation will fund trainings and grants for student activists around the country, enhance our online presence, support our two staff members’ salaries, and carry out our mission to stop mass atrocities worldwide, from Sudan to Burma to Syria.

In other words, your contribution, no matter what size, will help us continue to do what we do best: build a larger, louder, and more effective constituency that can pressure our elected officials to take action against mass atrocities, whenever and wherever they occur.
