Video License Agreement for Pledge On Camera

This License (this “License”) is the complete agreement between WITNESS, Inc. (“WITNESS”) and You (“Artist”) regarding your right to use the audio and visual works you are about to access (the “Content”) in connection with WITNESS-STAND PARTNERSHIP Project which is described in greater detail at <a href="http://standnow.org/campaigns/pledge-camera" title="http://standnow.org/campaigns/pledge-camera">http://standnow.org/campaigns/pledge-camera</a> (the “Project”).  WITNESS hereby grants Artist the non-exclusive, non-assignable, royalty-free, worldwide right to use any of WITNESS’ rights in the Content, solely in connection with creating derivative works which advance and support the stated goals of the Project (the “Derivative Works”) and only for the duration of the Project, the duration of which shall be six (6) months unless modified by WITNESS and posted on <a href="http://standnow.org/campaigns/pledge-camera" title="http://standnow.org/campaigns/pledge-camera">http://standnow.org/campaigns/pledge-camera</a>. Any use of the Content inconsistent with the stated goals of the Project shall render this License null and void from inception. To the extent that Artist creates any Derivative Works, Artist hereby grants to WITNESS an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, assignable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such Derivative Works, in any media formats and through any media channels now known or hereafter developed. By clicking the “I Accept” button at the end of this License, Artist acknowledges that Artist has read and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this License.
