Communiqué de Standnow-France

First a good news: the implementation of the Master in Genocides Centers in Europe, in Sienne, Francfort, Amsterdam, London and Varsovia with the Erasmus Socrate programms with the European Community, and so, in correlatives with the Master in genocides studies in Rwanda and US, and all over the world, is a really good thing. Just a precision : not yet implementted in France, because of state's negationnism, but maybe this year nevertheless, the french's students can learn in Europe at this level now.

Second : We salute the emanation of Standnow-Italie and so hope that soon too, an European Stand could emanate to realise the level of Conscience and studies in acts.

Third : the situation in France, relativly to the structural, consequent and avéré negationnism, seems to a mascarade : maybe the "responsables" will understand the necessity to implemented the Master in genocides studies to really became at the level of DIGNITY of all the others countries. Effectivly, this ask for Responsability and actualisation.

Fourth : The ICC-CPI put on sites and for all, the formation for polices officiers in RDC, concerning also the learning for International Right : maybe, the frenchs will can to learn by this tool. This is a really important realisation : as the Master in genocides studies, where International Rights, History of Shoah and genocides and Arts 's practises are effectivly teach, those formation at less actualised the Praxis for International Right.
Which is a reality : a normativity too.

Fifth : so , with this good news , yet another one : in Rwanda, the governement and the population, the survivors, children, adults, olds, WRITE the testimonies now in the conscience effective of the importance to precise and publish those writtings which will be now as elements of prooves, as litterary in a testimonies's status, for Education and Memory : understanding this move in writting as an important action would allowed us to better understand, know, study and also so, live in intelligence and applied Ethic in this beginning of 21st century.
