Luis Moreno Ocampo, Prosecutor of the International
Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague, Netherlands,
filed a document on the 14th of July 2008-
calling for the arrest and indictment of Sudanese
President Omar al-Bashir on 10 counts of
genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes.
